Mema, Grandpa Jack, and ALOT of ice

My parents came to visit us this weekend, and braved the sleet and freezing rain to see us. Rory was so happy to wake up and see "snow" until he got out and laid down to make a snow angel...and noticed it didn't quite work out. But the boys had a blast playing none the less. Theyt were also thrilled to see their grandparents. Rory even cuddled with Grandpa! It was amazing!We had a wonderful weekend nad hope that next time we get some snow instead.

A pirates fort for me

We have been invaded by pirates! Well, really we have been invaded by a couple of hyper boys,armed with bandanna's,and begging for us to make them a fort. I knew we would need a formal dining room table for something!

Rebecca is 10 months today! Only 2 more till we will be celebrating her FIRST BIRTHDAY! This year has gone by exponetially fast...and I don't like it. Anyhow, she now has 2 bottom teeth, and is saying "mama", "Dada", "Daddy" and "Yea".
On another note, I finally, FINALLY took my new sewing machine for a spin! I love it! I started off simple to just test out stiches, etc. and made an envelope back pillowcase for Becca. Simple enough. I will start on her dust ruffle in the next couple of days.
